The apartment from the developer came in white box finishing. We proposed several layout solutions that enhanced the zoning of the kitchen-living room, master suite, and corridor areas.
One of the challenges inherited from the developer was a narrow entryway, which made it difficult to place any cabinets or change clothes comfortably. Additionally, while revising the original layout, our goal was to maintain the master suite with a separate dressing room, create a guest bathroom, and allocate a small laundry room.
